ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A pickup truck carrying a large quantity of gravel and sand overturned between the road and the retaining wall that is being constructed at Great Mountain road, but luckily no one was injured. The incident occurred around 12 noon today Friday, July 15, 2011.
