Is this the natural result of riding a motorcyle without a helmet on one wheel, while weaving through traffic and going past a red traffic light texting on the phone with a 5 years old child on the back? And no insurance!!!

    Or was this an accident?

"An accident is an undesirable, unexpected, and unplanned event that happens by chance and typically results in harm, injury, death, or property damage?"

When are we going to help save these fools from themselves by enforcing the law.

So sorry to hear this. Hope the injuries aren’t as bad as they sound here.
To the young folks who ride bikes, and may be reading this, please drive according to the road rules for the safety of all, including yourselves. And please PLEASE wear helmets to protect yourselves
