ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Wedding bells rang out on the morning of Saturday July 23, 2011 for Permanent Secretary on Special Projects to the Governor’s Office Ms. Carolyn O’Neal. She wedded St. Kitts national and University of the Virgin Islands employee Dale Morton.

High profiled guests at the wedding included Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal OBE, and Mrs. Edris O’Neal, senior Minister in the St. Kitts/Nevis Administration Timothy Harris and Leader of the St. Kitts/Nevis People’s Action Movement (PAM), Lindsay Grant.

Also in attendance were other local members of the House of Assembly, teachers and senior government officials, family and numerous friends. The service was held at the New Testament Church of God International Worship Centre in Baughers Bay with the gala reception at Maria’s’ By the Sea, in Road Town, the Virgin Islands Capital.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Virgin Islands News Online wish the new couple, Carolyn and Dale, a long life of happiness and love.
