MOE issues notice for public schools opening for Trinity term

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Department of Education is informing the general public that the dates for the opening of public schools for the Trinity Term 2011 are as follows:

• All Public Primary Schools and the BVI Technical and Vocational Institute re-open on Monday, April 18.

• All Teachers and Students of the Public Primary Schools and BVI Technical Vocational Institute should report to their respective schools on Monday, April 18, 2011

• All Teachers of the Bregado Flax Educational Centre – Secondary Division, Claudia Creque Educational Centre – Secondary Division and the Elmore Stoutt High School should report to the Elmore Stoutt High School at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, April 18 to 19.

• Secondary students of Bregado Flax Educational centre, Claudia Creque Educational Centre and Elmore Stoutt High School should report to their respective schools on Wednesday, April 20.

• All custodian workers are expected to have schools ready for opening of schools on Monday, April 18.
