4:00PM Update – LIAT cancels Monday flights

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In addition to flights cancelled today by LIAT due to the expected passage of Hurricane Earl, at 4 p.m., the airline as issued a further advisory, cancelling several flights for Monday.

According to the advisory, the following flights have now been cancelled for Monday.

LI 771 – Antigua/St. Lucia

LI 361 – Antigua/Dominica

LI 504 – Antigua/St. Kitts/St. Maarten

LI 362 – Dominica/Antigua

LI 521 – Tortola/St. Maarten

LI 503 – St. Maarten/St. Kitts

LI 521 – St. Maarten/Antigua

LI 310 – St. Lucia/St. Maarten

LI 540 – Antigua/St. Maarten

LI 362 – Antigua/San Juan

LI 503 – St. Kitts/Antigua

LI 540 – St. Maarten/St. Thomas

LI 310 – St. Maarten/Tortola

LI 312 – Antigua/St. Maarten

LI 550 – Antigua/St. Kitts

LI 541 – St. Thomas/St. Maarten

LI 313 – Tortola/St. Maarten

LI 384 – St. Vincent/San Juan

LI 515 – San Juan/St. Maarten

LI 550 – St. Kitts/St. Maarten

Passengers should note that the LIAT Reservation Centre is now closed.

Passengers who wish to rebook are advised that the Company will provide information on the resumption of its central reservation service in a subsequent advisory.

The Company is expecting to issue a further advisory at 10:00am on Monday, August 30. In the meantime, all passengers should contact their local airport offices to determine the status of their flight.

LIAT wishes to advise that passengers who decide to travel but are unable to complete their journey due to disruption caused by weather conditions, will not be provided with meals, transportation, hotel accommodation etc. Passengers with onward connections are advised to contact the respective carriers.
