Can You Hear Me Now?’ looks at some of the ways that God speaks to us

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Walter Barrett, a minister at the New Life Baptist Church and JTV News journalist has launched his second inspirational book, entitled, ‘Can You Hear Me Now?’, which he says looks at some of the ways that God speaks to us amidst all the other voices that vie for our attention every day.

According to a press release, Minister Minister Barrett said he was inspired to write the book because “there are many people who walk around oblivious to what their purpose is in this life. They keep searching for fulfillment in the wrong places, and in the wrong people, when all they need to do is give God a listening ear, because he is always speaking direction into our lives”.

He went on to say that, “’Can You Hear Me Now’ shows that no matter what experiences we may go through in this life, God has a word for us all, but we must tune out the noise in order to hear that word”.

The book costs $20.00, and with each purchase, persons will be contributing toward the New Life Baptist Church’s Save the Seed Project, a recreational facility and learning center geared towards molding the territory’s youth in a positive way.

“Can You Hear Me Now?” is available at the New Life Baptist Church, the Bible Beacon Book Store, the National Educational Services Bookstore (Wheatley’s), Bobby’s Supermarket, and other select bookstores territory-wide.
