President of Ocean Conversion BVI Ltd. Glenn Harrigan on Tuesday indicated that his company is very anxious to finalize an agreement with Government for the continued operation of the Baugher’s Bay Desalination Plant.

Government will buy water from Ocean Conversion’s Bar Bay Desalination Plant in East End a rate of $17.00 per 1,000 imperial gallons for an initial period of seven years, according to a contract signed on Thursday.
