Glenn Harrigan President of OC presents cheque to Khoy Smith President of East Basketball Team

A Press Release today stated Glenn Harrigan President of Ocean Conversion BVI Ltd. presented a cheque for the amount of $1850 to Khoy Smith of the “EAST” basketball team yesterday. The funds will be used to defray the cost of the teams’ uniforms.

Mr. Harrigan explained the Ocean Conversion is “committed to the principles of corporate social responsibility and good corporate citizenship. We have implemented and are maintaining a sponsorship program that supports groups and organizations that focus primarily on youth in our community, encouraging them to excel in education, sports and cultural activities.” He went on to say that “Ocean Conversion has always had a great affinity with the youth and sports and this sponsorship extends its support of both.”

Mr. Khoy Smith President of “EAST” Basketball Club said “We are extremely grateful to Ocean Conversion for their assistance and support over the years. The “EAST” basketball team has been eagerly preparing for the upcoming 2010 basketball league and with the continued support of Ocean Conversion we aim to secure the championship title for a fourth year running.”
