CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — A man arrested after authorities said he brought an unregistered firearm to Cyril E. King Airport in December has agreed to plead guilty to one of the charges filed against him, under a deal that includes a recommended jail sentence, a fine, and forfeiture of the weapon.
