This officer is my friend and brother. This information reaching the news room via the office of the commissioner, says to me that she is incompetent to be a fit candidate for COP. These are the moves the white men pull to show they are working in the BVI. If an officer is charged and you come to the public and say so, I am giving you a hundred percent. But you don’t know the outcome of the investigation, but to try look good in the eyes of the public you will say you suspended an officer.

These are the English officers style of bringing the police force down and you adopting it. It shows you are weak like those beneath you and looking for publicity. So now you sending the public to make comments on an officer and tarnish him on the media. You’ll are sick!

This shows that no one is above the law, and they are people too with temperament issues. The police need policing too. You would think they would be more level-headed about domestic situations. Sensitivity training should be mandatory every 2 years, because police officers are humans, and under stressful situations all the time.

Richard Ullger has been away from VI several times because he's being investigated by Gibraltar police for serious offences. Tampering with an old crime. Not the one reported where NCA investigated. A different one. You should look into this with the police over in Gibraltar. Him and 3 others have been interviewed as suspects

Why are these firearm related matters are happening so often now, These things never use to happen before. Maybe the force need to review the firearm policy. The officers are getting too comfortable, irresponsible and arrogant.

The present rider of the bicycle doesn't want to see the former rider of the bicycle anywhere near the bicycle, so he concoted the story about the firearm. "Once something can was, two people can use it"
