UPDATE: Police actively probing death of young scooter rider
WEST END, Tortola, VI – As first and accurately reported by Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) investigators at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) are currently probing the death of a young male scooter rider, who died last evening December 8, 2021, after a collision with a vehicle.
