SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – A group of residents of the Third District from Dominica came together yesterday October 10, 2015 at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School in Sea Cows Bay for a donation drive to assist persons back in their home country who have been devastated by the recent floods which resulted in the displacement of many.
