Massive crowd turn out to Hon. Fraser's District Party!
SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI – Intermittent spates of downpour of rain was not sufficient to dampen the spirit of residents of the Third District, every island in the Virgin Islands (VI) and St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands (USVI), from turning out to the Annual Christmas Party that is put on every year by the District Leader, Honourable Julian Fraser, RA.

Julian Fraser RA, spoke out in an exclusive interview with this news site about two bad patches on the main road in his district. The bad patches had become a traffic hazard since last year.
