Obstructing audit functions now a criminal offence with fines

LONDON, UK– United Kingdom (UK) Foreign Secretary Elizabeth M. Truss of the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) could at any time instruct the Governor, H.E. John J.
