CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, USVI - A veteran United States Postal Service worker, Dean Thompson, was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana and using a telephone in facilitating the commission of a felony. The announcement came from United States Attorney Delia L. Smith earlier today.

Richardson Dangleben faces federal charges for murder of USVI cop

FREDERIKSTED, ST Croix, USVI- On Friday, July 7, 2023, the lone suspect in the murder of [US] VIPD Detective Delberth Phipps was formally charged in federal court. Richardson Dangleben Jr. will now be tried for the first-degree murder of a [US] Virgin Islands police officer while engaged in their official duties, as well as possession of a firearm with a removed, obliterated, or altered serial number.
