Now what the system is going to do is send them to balsum ghut to her majesty palace to have them sit on their asses and do nothing all day, like they are king and queen. When they owed a debt to society twice. The debts to soceity twice is: 1 The crime they committed against humanity 2 Tax dollars have feed them while them sit on their asses and do nothing all day. There are government infrastructures that need to be maintain and the elderlies in the communities property need to be maintain. If it was up to me, it is bread and water I will give them. Then and only then I would have aloud them to sit on their asses and do nothing all day. Now that is the way a criminal should be rewarded.

You call that LaZy?!?! Wake up idiot -_-

People are ALWAYS talking about putting young people to work, when really we should be wondering why they not getting hired in the first place, and if they get hired why they are not able to keep the job. All young people are capable of working, but when you get to the root of matter with most of them they have ZERO work ethics. Many of them do not like to take instruction, cannot arrive to work on time, do not dress appropriately for the work place, do not get along with colleagues, there is always drama when they come to work, do not follow the company rules when they are on the clock, cannot speak the King’s English, etc. etc. As someone who works with young people I keep it real with them. The world is NEVER going to change to accommodate them, if the want their bag THEY are the ones that have to change.

I have seen plenty of young adults on the Island that is doing positive things and manages to find a way to make a legal dollar. This thing about the young people can’t find a job is BS and a cop out. And when some of them get hired, they want to sit around all day texting, always late, always absent, don’t want to follow instructions, want to take a break every 20 minutes and the list goes on and on.

People are not protecting drug dealers, they are protecting themselves and their families. People who find themselves in this position are tortured making these decisions. Even some of the police that swear to uphold the laws become caught up working with dealers. God forbid some brave person should talk there is NO protection for them. It’s a risk people are not willing to take. There are people on the force who are actively involved in criminal activities here in the BVI, so who can people trust to report crimes too when it comes to drugs, guns and human trafficking? Look at the success rate, we have not had a murder solved in YEARS, and they keep stacking up. How many of us have the ???? to put our lives on the line to help the cops solve crime, knowing that every word we say will end up on the streets???
