Asphalt plant brings new road @ Premier’s Cutlass Tower office
WICKHAMS CAY I, Tortola, VI – With the local asphalt plant now back in operation, repairs to roads are being done across the territory as promised by Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), who said the plant was a critical part of improving the road infrastructure in the VI.
