ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As legislators spoke at length in their tribute to the late former legislator and cultural icon Mrs Eileene L. Parsons, OBE, aka ‘Miss P’, at the Special Sitting of the House of Assembly (HoA) on July 1, 2025, Minister for Education, Youth Affairs and Sports Honourable Sharie B. de Castro (AL) chose to do hers via a poem she wrote herself in honour of Parsons.
