ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The National Hurricane Centre is monitoring Disturbance 1/Invest 92 L and according to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM), residents should also closely monitor this disturbance as it has the potential to be a Category 1 hurricane before passing the Territory.
