Stiff fines when VI bulk material cleanup ends

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Declaring war on bulk garbage materials stored up across the territory, Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone (AL) says that bins have been placed throughout the territory for the receipt of the materials and that stiff fines will come if materials are not disposed of correctly in the allotted time.
