Gov’t looking to re-establish Litter Warden Programme

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Damion Scatliffe, 22, found himself the recipient of an unusual brand of punishment from the local courts when he was ordered, among other things, to clean the Road Town Police Station after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of cannabis.
