HORSE PATH, Tortola, VI- Investigators at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force have confirmed that a decomposed body discovered yesterday, Friday, July 3, 2020, in the Horse Path area, is that of missing man and Government House Landscaper Junior Peters.
