PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- The Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) Class of 2018 walked with their heads high as the graduation ceremony was held at the Paraquita Bay Campus of the H Lavity Stoutt Community college on Tortola, yesterday July 26, 2018, under the theme ‘Overcoming the Unimaginable: Surviving the Storm.'
