HLSCC is more than a college- Hon Sharie B. de Castro

“Graduates, you have done it, but more than just crossing a stage, more than receiving a certificate, today marks the passing of a torch,” she said.

The Minister explained that HLSCC is not just a college but “a forge, a place where raw potential is shaped by fire, sharpened by challenge and polished by knowledge”.

HLSCC, she said, gives not only an education but a foundation and a sense of self and responsibility.
