RDA & DWM begins aggressive debris clearance programme

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) and the Department of Waste Management (DWM) has partnered to clean up debris on Tortola and Jost van Dyke left from the passages of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
