Lewis, on November 13, 2018, sentenced Sergio Quinones-Davila, age 44, of Orlando, Florida, to 276 months (23 yrs) in prison for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, United States Attorney Gretchen C.F. Shappert announced today Wednesday, November 14, 2018.
