ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Ministers, family, friends and fans turned out in the droves yesterday, Friday April 5, 2013, to celebrate the successful Track and Field Athletes that returned from the 42nd Carifta Games with eight medals, at a ceremony held on the grounds of the Central Administration Complex.
