Former FS L. Allen Wheatley wants UN to observe execution of CoI reforms

Allen Wheatley wants the United Nations (UN) to send observers to the territory, as the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) reforms are being implemented through a framework agreed to by the Government of Premier Dr Natalio D.
