8th district rep. is greatest disappointment in VI – Cline
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In 2007, 8th district representative Dancia Penn, QC was elected with much fanfare, but four years down the road – she is probably the greatest disappointment in the history of the Virgin Islands, claimed 2nd district candidate under the National Democratic Party’s umbrella Claude Skelton Cline.
