Fraser to Premier - “This is what should have been done”
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Third District Representative, Julian Fraser RA, referring to the recently proposed motion for a selection of members from within the Antigua parliament for the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) assembly, said he thought that the Premier (Dr the Hon. D. Orlando Smith) would have taken this as an example and introduced a similar motion to the house.
Did the UK "approve" the VI’s Budget?

Julian Fraser RA, would like to know the status of the framework for fiscal responsibility between the Government and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as to whether it was adapted by the Virgin Islands with the condition to send its budget two months in advance before it is approved to the United Kingdom (UK).
Hon. Fraser raises concerns over Bishop Cline’s appointment
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As firstly and accurately reported by Virgin Islands News Online that the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) at a cabinet meeting on January 19, 2012 had approved Bishop John I. Cline to become the new Chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority Board, final approval was granted in the House of Assembly yesterday February 14, 2012 for his appointment although it was not without concerns from the opposition.
