40 year sentence for US man in 2014 St Thomas killing

ST. THOMAS, USVI — A North Carolina man who confessed to killing his roommate more than four years ago has been handed a 40-year prison sentence with credit for time already served, Department of Justice Public Media Officer Corliss Smithen announced Friday.

Alleged murder trio Bernard, Harrigan & Rodriquez remanded
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Vernon Bernard, 26, a Dominica national, local resident Rafael Harrigan, 27, and Maybelline Rodriquez, 21, made their first appearances today, Tuesday, March 6, 2018 before Senior Magistrate Tamia N. Richards after being charged in relation to the murder of Trumayne J. Daway.
