ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After legislators in full campaign mode highly politicised the House of Assembly (HoA) being recalled to validate the grant of Residence and Belonger Certificates of some Six-hundred and eighty-eight (688) persons from the 2019 ‘Fast Track Programme by the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) administration, calling the programme another mistake, Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable Natalio D.
