ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Just as firstly and accurately reported by Virgin Islands News Online on October 8, 2012, government has confirmed through a Government Information Service (GIS) press release that Mrs. Perline Scatliffe-Leonard has been named the new Director of the Water and Sewerage Department. According to the press release, her appointment became effective December 1, 2012.
