ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With two seconds remaining, a 3-point attempt by Braeden Chalwell was blocked by Dante Vanterpool and as the buzzer sounded, Althea Scatliffe Primary School erupted into celebration taking the 2011 BD Basketball Inter Primary Championship with a 28-25 victory over Cedar International School yesterday Saturday November 19, 2011.
