CARICOM ‘not standing’ for direct rule in VI- Dr Ralph E. Gonsalves
KINGSTON, St Vincent & the Grenadines – Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr Ralph E. Gonsalves has called ‘ridiculous’ the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) Report recommendation which calls for direct rule from London and a suspension of the local constitution in the [British] Virgin Islands.
