Need to pay particular attention to Bvis Premiers oversess travel . Previous premier likely to not make it back for a while. Deputy Premier becoming an envious position. Premier travels overseas for a couple days, doesn't make ut back. Deputy gets comfortable in the seat. Secures the premiership and Reshuffles the cabinet and government.
    Constitution Review:
To make provisions for premier or other Cabinet members in the situation of having become inaserated while traveling: To receive full salary until case is tried. In the event of proven Innocent, to be Reinstated in pre-incaserated status with all benefits. Additionally while imprisoned first 3 HOA sessions automatically excused without penalty. Allowance to be made for HOA participation by Zoom or other internet platform.
    Fair And Balanced.!
