ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Government of the Virgin Islands (VI) led by Premier, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Caricom Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) for the exchange of Advance Passenger Information (API).

In a brief ceremony held yesterday, Tuesday, December 6, 2022, Premier Wheatley signed on behalf of the Government and for Caricom IMPACS, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Jones signed as part of the regional effort for increased security and border protection in the region.

I am happy that the Virgin Islands is formally joining… the regional effort for security and border protection, through the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding for the exchange of Advanced Passenger Information between the Government of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean Community Implementation Agency for Crime and Security,” Premier Wheatley said at the ceremony.

API will allow for advanced screening- Premier

According to the Premier, the API System allows some of the screening that must be done on arriving travelers to be completed before they arrive at the VI’s doorsteps, and this will allow for faster processing.

“Additionally, we can have a greater level of comfort, because we know that the persons we are admitting into the Territory have been screened against international databases by the API System.

The Premier said the VI feels good knowing the territory will be passing forward the same benefits to countries that receive travelers from the Virgin Islands when the territory transmits API to the system.

BVI was way way behind the 8 ball on this. Here we are finally playing catch up with the rest of the world and entering the 20th century when everybody else in the 21st. Shameful. Anyway one step in the right direction at a time.

Way behind the 8 ball what. Some of these people can pay for their police records to be wiped clean and fake when they come here. This makes no difference. You have man who were killers in their county arrested and convicted for crimes and their police records dont reflect it. We need Natalio out of that Job he is intertwining us with these people and giving away the country to everybody our water rights everything. He needs to call an election we dont want him as our leader.

Wake up people, you need to go back and read all my comments. This is how the 5g surveillance is going to come in and take over all jobs,if you don't understand that let me help you a little. In China the people have been on 5g social credit system since 2016. China was the first place to start the beast system so they introduced the beast system before the vaccine came in place so when everyone is vaxxed up the beast credit control system will fully be in place. Tortola is setting up for the lights to see who's vaccinated it has nothing to do with increased security it has to do with control getting rid of the money period. All by design and this is just using common sense because I don't see the set up for it but this article proves that it's coming. Just look around to how digital,AI, robots, vaccine digital passport, lockdown, turning off lights, climate change and all the other propaganda in the news world wide
