Skelton-Cline has announced he will be appealing the recent decision by High Court Judge Vicki A. Ellis to dismiss his case brought against the Government of the Virgin Islands in 2016 after his contract as BVIPA boss was not renewed.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It was an unfavourable day, Friday January 19, 2018 for two Virgin Islanders, businessman Earl Delville Hodge, aka 'Bob Hodge', and former customs officer Roberto Harrigan, aka ‘Tico.’ They were denied bail while they await their appeal hearing in a decision handed down on November 14, 2017 by Magistrate Shawn Innocent in favour of the USA, which allowed for their extradition to commence.
