ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Supervisor of Election, Juliette Penn has confirmed that at the closed of Nomination Day, Today Thursday, February 14, 2019, a total of 41 candidates will be contesting the upcoming February 25, 2019, General Elections in the Virgin Islands (VI).
