UPDATE: Almestica tried to flee from police – Court heard

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Jose Almestica reportedly made a dash to escape being arrested by officers of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) on August 18, 2016 after he and two others were searched, the court heard yesterday afternoon August 22, 2016 when they appeared before Senior Magistrate Tamia N.
