ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Following numerous complaints by members of the public and after experiencing first-hand the length of time it sometimes takes for police reports on traffic accidents to be processed, a member of the public has written to the Commissioner of Police Mark Collins to rectify the issue.

HMP inmate Tifern B. Henley accuses DPP of violating constitutional rights
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- An inmate of Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) in Balsam Ghut, Tortola, has accused the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and Magistrate Court of violating his constitutional rights. He has also declared he has no faith, belief or trust in the legal system of the Virgin Islands as a result.
Gov Duncan shamed the entire VI- Claude O. Skelton Cline
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority, Mr Claude O. Skelton-Cline is questioning whether the recent move by His Excellency The Governor, John S. Duncan OBE, was justifiable, and has called on the Territory’s leaders to unite on what he feels was a shaming of the entire Virgin Islands (UK) by the UK elected hierarchy.
