ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It was in September 2023, that Governor of the [British] Virgin Islands (VI) Mr John J. Rankin, CMG had said his office has a fund totalling $30,000 to finance youth empowerment projects in the VI and that it was welcoming applications from organisations, or partnerships across organisations for projects up to the value of $10,000.
