Kadeem S. Maynard introduced cocaine scheme to mother- Court documents
MIAMI, Florida, USA- The saga of cocaine conspiracy that resulted in ex-Premier of the Virgin Islands Andrew A. Fahie, former BVI Ports Authority Managing Director Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard and her son Kadeem S. Maynard be arrested by US authorities in April 2022, reportedly started when Kadeem approached his mother for assistance in helping a ‘member’ of the Mexican Sinola Cartel to smuggle cocaine to the US through Tortola.
Kadeem S. Maynard aka ‘Blacka’ to change plea to guilty
MIAMI, Florida, USA- Kadeem S. Maynard aka ‘Blacka’, who was arrested along with ex-Premier Andrew A. Fahie and former BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) Managing Director Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard on April 28, 2022, on drug and money laundering charges, has reportedly indicated in a US court he will be changing his plea to guilty.
VI Premier will plead ‘not guilty’- Hon Fahie’s attorney
MIAMI, Florida, USA- Arrested Premier of the Virgin Islands Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) will be pleading ‘not guilty’ when he attends a preliminary hearing set for a Florida court on May 13, 2022.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The BVI Christian Council (BVICC), which regards itself as the watchdog of the nation and the conscience of the community, has condemned the recent increase in gun violence and “barbaric acts” in the Virgin Islands and has called for the Virgin Islands to turn to God.
Guilty with explanation not an acceptable plea - Magistrate
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Many times persons have stood before magistrates and have tried to sugar coat their guilty plea with an explanation. While some magistrates would accept it as guilty, others would take it as not guilty as in the case of magistrate Tamia Richards who refused to accept it from Nelson Myers in court recently.
