2013 VG Easter Festival participants allegedly still not paid
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – One resident of Virgin Gorda (VG) has noted that despite the furore surrounding the non-payment of participants in the recent Emancipation Festival celebrations, there were others who are yet to be paid for their services this year as well.
