FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI — The [US] VI Police Department has arrested 48-year-old Brian Schooler in connection with Friday night’s fatal shooting at the WMJR Service Gas Station in the vicinity of Sion Farm, where 50-year-old Pedro Melendez Sanes was found with multiple gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
