Jamaican & Venezuelan ordered deported from VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A Jamaican convicted of a drug offence and a Venezuelan convicted of firearm and ammunition offences have been ordered deported from the Territory by Governor Augustus J. U. ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Many will remember the two police officers who were charged and found guilty of beating teenager Brandon George, a local resident. The two cops went to the Huntum’s Ghut home of the then 18-year-old George and beat him after they failed in their effort to nab him in the streets for a traffic offence on June 24, 2012.
