ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– The Special Sitting of the House of Assembly (HoA) today, October 13, 2023, was intended solely to honour the heroes and foreparents of the [British] Virgin Islands; however, Members of the Virgin Islands (VI) Opposition, namely Opposition Leader Hon Ronnie W.
