ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Despite a threat by Public Relations Officer of the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs (VIF&F) Committee Rhodni Skelton to resign if its Chairman Marvin Blyden did not retract portions of what was stated about him in a report laid in the House of Assembly recently, Blyden has stated he is standing by his report.
