ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The theme for the Virgin Islands Festival 2013 is ‘Looking back at 175 years of being fully free, Our Culture, Our Heritage and Virgin Islands History’. This, along with the festival’s slogan, was made known today April 30, 2013 at a press conference called by the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC).

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It has been over a month ago that Virgin Islands News Online reported that confirmed sources had indicated that Ms Lynette L. Harrigan was asked to take up the post as Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC). However, to-date she has not been issued an official letter confirming her appointment.
