Most of us share a common wish; that the actions of all Governments are based on whatever is in the best Intentions for their People… Unfortunately, we sometimes lose sight of this when faced with Trumpism designed to make us doubt our own eyes and ears… However, the Coronavirus is a real and present danger, requiring true leadership in the way it is approach and the decisions are made.
Wearing of masks to become law ‘very soon’- Premier Fahie
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The wearing of a mask in this COVID-19 era will be more than a ‘new regular’ in the Virgin Islands- it will be required by law.
‘Persons & businesses breaking the rules’ - Premier Fahie
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While congratulating those persons and businesses for adhering to social distancing guidelines, proper hygiene and wearing masks as the Virgin Islands (VI) began its phased reopening of the economy today, April 27, 2020, after a month of lockdown, Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) has said he has also received news of persons and businesses “breaking the rules.”
